Everything you’d want from a duvet – Of an exceptional quality with lots of great properties.
This duvet is testament to the statement ‘you get what you pay for.’ £125 for a king size duvet may seem slightly expensive, but this duvet is well worth the money. It ticks every possible box – it’s soft and luxurious, it has great anti-allergy properties, it’s durable and it’s suited to all seasons. What’s not to love? Once you try the duvet yourself you’ll see that it represents excellent value for money.
Come winter or summer, this duvet is more than suitable. You essentially get three duvets in one. During the colder months you can benefit from a 13.5 tog rating, which is a 9 tog and a 4.5 tog combined and gives a cosy, soft and warm feel. Once the temperatures start to get warmer you can remove one of the duvets. It’s really practical and ensures you get a comfortable night’s sleep no matter what time of year it is.
It also has some great properties. The filling is 80 percent microfibre, which helps to prevent dust mites. I have a tendency to suffer from allergies, yet I’ve not had any problems since using this duvet. The 200-thread count of the cotton cover also ensures a luxurious night’s sleep. I can honestly say I’ve never slept so well. I’ve never experienced a duvet with such a great level of breathability.
This duvet is far superior to any other I have experienced. Having bought both cheap and expensive duvets in the past I can honestly say this duvet is worlds apart from cheaper alternatives and when it comes to those in a similar price range there’s still no competition. From the warmth to the cosiness to the anti-allergy properties, John Lewis have got everything right with this duvet.
The Duvet comes with a 5 Year guarantee and is available in single, Double, King, Super King and Emperor sizes.
