A well made, cosy yet lightweight natural duvet.  Who wouldn’t want one!  EVE Sleep offer one type of duvet however they recognise the need for different levels of warmth for different seasons with 3 variations of the EVE duvet:

Each one is filled with 90% European duck down and 10% European duck feathers and covered by a neatly stitched 100% cotton casing with satin piping. The individual cells feel equally filled and I understand offer good airflow so the down can move freely ensuring a nice, cosy nights sleep. There were no trace of feathers poking through the casing of this duvet nor any crunching sounds when I pull the cover back from my other half – bliss.  I appreciate that the duvet is made using ethically certified duck down and feathers sourced and traceable.  The design and construction of this duvet is well thought through, the extensive labels show this as everything seems to have been considered ensuring the duvet meets the Oeko-tex 100 standard, has the Nomite mark and has adhered to Downafresh hygiene standards.  It is a good natural option for many allergy sufferers.  The winning feature for me as a mum of 2 though is that it is machine washable and can even go in the tumble dryer.

Personally, I found the 9 tog double provided good warmth but I think next time I will be buying the All seasons option.  It’s cold at the moment and I like to be toasty! For only £29 extra, it seems a no-brainer and the best value for money option.
